The 10k route for 2008 will remain very similar to last year's. New maps will be posted soon pending civic approval. The attached 2007 route map will give you an idea of what to expect.

 Start/Finish – Water & Princess St.

 

·         All Runners Head North past Canada Games Aquatic Center

·          Turning Right onto Station St. (Harbour Station)

·          Follow Station St onto City Rd.

·          City Rd onto Rothesay Ave (past Superstore)

·         5Km turn around just before Superstore on Rothesay Ave (5 KM TURN AROUND ONLY)

·          Half Marathon turn around at Crosby’s Molasses on Rothesay (HALF TURN ONLY)

·         10 Km turn around at Mediterranean Restaurant on Rothesay Ave (10KM TURN ONLY)

·         Return Rothesay Ave onto Russell St

·         Follow Russell onto Bayside Dr.

·         Continue out Bayside Dr turning right onto Causeway

·         Across Causeway onto Union St.

·         Follow Union turning left onto Carmarthen St

·         Right into the Loyalist Burial Grounds to the exit on Sydney St

·         Straight onto King Square North

·         Left onto Charlotte St

·         Right down King St

·         At the foot of King St Full and Half marathoners will turn left onto Prince William St

                             (FULL AND HALF MARATHONERS ONLY)

·         10 Km runners turn left onto Water St to Start/Finish
